[…] So maybe we could talk about that a little bit sort of what the intent is there, how things have changed since since 2023 and what the what the results of that have been. Yeah, I think there's a couple major changes. If you go back to before 2023, so maybe zooming out a little bit, these are based on our service quality rules. So we have standards of performance that we expect the utilities to meet in terms of how often the lights go out and how long they stay out when that does happen. And again, that's been a place where we've focused. There's been a lot of improvement. There's still more improvement that we need to see, but we are making progress. […]
