by Bre Cain | Virtual Assistant Wealth Coach
I’m your host, Bre Cain, and I’m here to help you unapologetically book out your business and your life. When I became a mom over six years ago, I thought that I had to choose between being a mom or having a career. I originally went back to my 9 to 5 and I lasted three months then I realized that my priorities had completely changed. So, I became a stay at home mom and it has been a roller coaster ride over reclaiming my sovereignty within motherhood, womanhood, and entrepreneurship. I truly believe that as moms, we can have it all; the booming business, being booked out with clients were obsessed with, being present during our time with our children, and having the ability to say yes to what lights us up and no to what doesn’t. I have built a six figure business in part time hours from home alongside my kids & I want to teach you how to do this too! I started my business as a virtual assistant to now helping women get paid & be unapologetic in motherhood. I am here to normalize 5-figure months & moms having it all. If you want to do that too, get ready for candid conversations on what motherhood and business look like when you decide to claim it all! In this episode of Booked Out with Bre, I'm tackling a question I hear all the time: Is the virtual assistant industry oversaturated? Maybe you've looked around and thought, "Wow, there are so many VAs! Are there enough jobs?" I had the same worry when I started, too! But today, I'm bringing the receipts – the actual data and stats – to show you why the VA industry is FAR from saturated. In fact, it's a massive goldmine of opportunity, especially right now! As a mom who found the VA world and built a booked-out business, hitting 5K in my first full month, I know this path can create the freedom and yes-life you desire. Here's what I'm diving into: The jaw-dropping numbers: Millions of businesses needing help vs. the actual number of VAs worldwide. Why the demand for virtual assistants is skyrocketing (think remote work shifts & economic factors). The incredible cost savings (up to 78%!) businesses get when hiring VAs vs. full-time employees. Why specialization is your secret weapon to earning premium rates and standing out. Inspiring stories from VAs like Nicole (10K/month in retainers in her first week!) and Jill (booked 2 clients in 48 hours!). My actionable tips to position yourself powerfully: focusing on outcomes, creating a unique brand voice, and leveraging your existing experience (you're already an expert!). Four simple steps to take today to claim your stake in this thriving industry. If you've ever doubted whether there's space for you in the virtual assistant world, this episode will blow your mind and get you fired up! The opportunity is HUGE, and I want to help you grab it. In this episode of Booked Out with Bre, things get extra fun because I'm chatting with my amazing friend, Chandler Lee! You might know her from her own incredible online space, but our story goes way back to a chance meeting by the pool in Mexico in 2019 – before either of us had the businesses we have today! This conversation is JUICY. We spill the tea on our journeys from direct sales and corporate careers to building our own successful online businesses (hello, $100k cash months!). We talk about the mindset shifts, the "delusional conviction," and the power of just going all in on your dreams, even when others doubt you. Here’s what you’ll hear me and Chandler dive into: Our hilarious "how we met" story in Mexico! My journey from $70 months to $100k cash months in just 13 months (and how the VA industry was the catalyst!). Why "unhinged" might be the new "authority" when it comes to content that connects. Actionable tips for creating content easily (my voice messaging hack!). In this episode of Booked Out with Bre, I'm so excited to chat with my amazing friend and fellow mastermind peer, Shannon Salge! Shannon is a women's health guru, and seriously, you guys are going to be blown away by her knowledge. We had the best conversation on a bus ride once where she was just dropping truth bombs about health myths, and I knew I had to bring her on the show. As moms and entrepreneurs, it's so easy to put our own well-being on the back burner. But Shannon, a women's health guru specializing in metabolism, hormones, and gut health, is here to change that. Shannon shares her powerful personal journey from being a professional dancer and high-achiever to battling a debilitating autoimmune condition. Her story is a testament to the importance of listening to your body and finding the root cause of health issues, rather than just masking symptoms. Here's what you'll learn in this eye-opening conversation: The common mistakes moms make that deplete their energy and sabotage their health (you might be surprised!). Why "hustle" culture and pushing yourself too hard can actually backfire. The truth about postpartum health and how to optimize your body for a smoother recovery. Simple, actionable tips to boost your energy immediately (hint: it involves water, protein, and sunshine!). The power of mineral balancing and blood sugar regulation for overall well-being. Why self-care is more than just scrolling on social media (and what to do instead). Introducing bioresonance testing: a cutting-edge approach to understanding and balancing your body's energy. What it means when someone says "functional freeze". Plus, Shannon shares exciting news about her upcoming podcast and the new direction of her company!
