In dieser Folge ist Prof. Dr. Stephan Frucht zu Gast – Künstlerischer Leiter des Siemens Arts Program sowie Leiter der Kultur- und Sponsoringprogramme der Siemens AG. Als Dirigent, Geiger und Kulturmanager bewegt sich Stephan Frucht seit vielen Jahren an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Wirtschaft und gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung. Neben internationalen Engagements mit renommierten Orchestern und Solisten leitet er seit 2015 als Künstlerischer Leiter das Siemens Arts Program sowie die globale Leitung aller Kultur- und Sponsoringprogramme der Siemens AG – eine Kreativplattform für unternehmenseigene Kunst- und Kulturprojekte in den Bereichen Musik, Bildende Kunst und kulturelle Bildung. Kurz nach seiner musikalischen Ausbildung wurde er Referent der CDU/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion in der Enquête-Kommission „Kultur in Deutschland“. Ab 2006 leitete er als Geschäftsführer den Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI e.V. sowie die Kulturstiftung der deutschen Wirtschaft. Als Honorarprofessor an der Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe arbeitet er mit Studierenden in der künstlerischen Ausbildung. Zudem lehrt er regelmäßig an der Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge sowie an der ESMT Berlin.
