Die erste Distinktion, das macht die Tagesschau auch direkt zusammen, was die neuen Landesrundfunkanstalten machen, aber das ZDF ist explizit dafür da, aus den Ländern das national Bedeutsame zu senden. Also als Lokalsender habe ich die Tagesschau noch nicht wahrgenommen. Also das ist schon ein nationales Programm.
