En lugar de centrarse en la biografía del autor, la historia o la psicología de los personajes, los formalistas plantearon una pregunta radical: ¿qué rasgos del lenguaje hacen que un texto sea literario?A partir de esta inquietud surgieron conceptos fundamentales como la literariedad, el extrañamiento (ostranenie) y el análisis de los procedimientos formales que producen el efecto estético en la literatura.En este episodio analizamos cómo el formalismo ruso transformó la crítica literaria, cómo influyó en corrientes posteriores como el estructuralismo y la semiótica, y por qué sus ideas siguen siendo esenciales para comprender cómo funciona la literatura.Un episodio dedicado a descubrir cómo la literatura no es solo lo que se cuenta, sino cómo se dice.</p>
