They also produced bank statements showing that Flynn and Ashley had over $84,000 in a joint savings account on the day that she was killed. The defense would stick to Flynn's home invasion story, but in the end, the jury wouldn't buy it. And on September 29th, Caleb Flynn would be found guilty of nine total charges, including aggravated murder and three charges of murder, two charges of felonious assault, and three charges of tampering with evidence, with a judge sentencing the now convicted murder to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
