Chef Life LIVE SEASON FINALE | ep. #020 | Stephen Cusato

Please welcome my next guest to Chef Life LIVE...Stephen Cusato, host of the YouTube Channel Not Another Cooking Show!!!

Stephen believes cooking should be a basic human skill, like reading, writing, or driving a car. He claims he doesn't have a way with words as he does with a camera, so he lets the late, great Anthony Bourdain explain his purpose. "But I do think the idea that basic cooking skills are a virtue, that the ability to feed yourself and a few others with proficiency should be taught to every young man and woman as a fundamental skill, should become as vital to growing up as learning to wipe one’s own ass, cross the street by oneself, or be trusted with money.”

Stephen is here to teach you how to make cooking as fun for you as it is for him. (Quote from Anthony Bourdain book “Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook” )
