<p>留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/ckx6z0prt6d2c091134bqpx1c/comments">https://open.firstory.me/user/ckx6z0prt6d2c091134bqpx1c/comments</a></p><p></p><p>關係中的消耗 VS 1+1大於3的生活</p><p></p><p>我發現——</p><p>很多人其實都會選擇</p><p>自己比較習慣、</p><p>也相對輕鬆的生活方式。</p><p>—</p><p>以前剛進孩子們家時，</p><p>家裡環境跟我的生活習慣差異很大😅</p><p>（這是我自己的感受）</p><p>對於我這種比較重視整潔與秩序的人來說，</p><p>其實蠻不適應的。</p><p>據兒子們說，</p><p>以前大多是姑姑在整理，</p><p>爸爸比較少處理生活環境相關的事情。</p><p>有時半夜，</p><p>也會因為喝酒後情緒起伏而爭吵，</p><p>把二樓睡覺的我們吵醒😂</p><p>現在回頭看，</p><p>那其實也是他們長期以來的相處模式。</p><p>我跟孩子們偶爾會把那些事當笑話聊。</p><p>—</p><p>也因為我很了解孩子爸的個性，</p><p>所以從復合那一刻開始，</p><p>我就沒有期待去改變他。</p><p>我選擇把重心放在：</p><p>怎麼讓孩子們住得更舒服。</p><p>於是那段時間，</p><p>我花了很多時間、體力與心力，</p><p>去整理環境、調整動線，</p><p>建立比較穩定的生活空間。</p><p>如果有人願意一起維持，</p><p>我會很感謝。</p><p>如果沒有，</p><p>我也盡量透過工具、家電與系統，</p><p>讓事情能順利運作，</p><p>減少自己的情緒消耗。</p><p>所以某種程度上，</p><p>我其實也能理解——</p><p>被照顧、</p><p>被協助處理生活的人，</p><p>為什麼會覺得那樣很輕鬆。</p><p>—</p><p>只是後來我發現，</p><p>除了照顧自己與孩子之外，</p><p>我也同時承擔了很多原本不屬於我的事情。</p><p>包含工作上的協助、</p><p>帳務、廣告、行銷、文案、</p><p>流程整理與環境維護等等。</p><p>那段時間，</p><p>我其實一直處在比較高負荷的狀態。</p><p>我也曾經試著和他溝通：</p><p>每個人都需要為自己主要使用的空間負責。</p><p>包含客廳、</p><p>工具區等環境，</p><p>整理好之後，</p><p>其實大家生活起來都會更舒服。</p><p>但他總是說自己很忙，</p><p>沒有時間處理，</p><p>也沒有太多心力跟孩子們溝通。</p><p>—</p><p>對當時的我來說，</p><p>其實已經有點超過自己的負荷了。</p><p>為了孩子，</p><p>我願意撐起來。</p><p>只是如果長期需要同時承擔太多人的責任，</p><p>真的會很吃力😂</p><p>—</p><p>也因為經歷過那段生活，</p><p>我才慢慢理解——</p><p>一段關係裡，</p><p>如果照顧與承擔長期失衡，</p><p>久了之後，</p><p>對彼此的成長都未必是好事。</p><p>—</p><p>也很感謝那段經歷，</p><p>讓我對「1+1大於3」的關係，</p><p>有了更深的理解。</p><p>每個人都能先把自己的生活照顧好，</p><p>把自己的責任處理好。</p><p>在有餘裕的情況下，</p><p>再彼此協助、互相支援。</p><p>不是誰依附誰，</p><p>也不是誰長期扛著誰。</p><p>而是因為彼此的存在，</p><p>讓生活變得更穩定、更輕鬆。</p><p>祝福大家</p><p>慢慢走向了自己理想中的生活❤️❤️❤️</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>

<p>講到我心坎裡！ <br /> <br />1.與真正有才能的同事一起工作令人興奮、帶來鼓舞，而且充滿樂趣。 <br /> <br />2.身旁環繞有能力又懂得合作的人才，這些人又能幫助你變得更好，這種喜悅才是重點。 <br /> <br />雖然我還沒到達這樣的職場境界，但從老爺身上，我已經能感覺到上述這兩點。婚姻跟職場，都是通用的，人才，才是資產。 <br /> <br />我不知道老爺是看上我哪點？可能看我白癡吧？ <br />但，我倒是看出老爺，很有潛力與上進心，很努力朝著他自己要的方向前進，而我們也剛好有一致的目標。 <br /> <br />我是運用愛情與婚姻的歷練在找工作啊🤣🤣🤣</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>
