Joel has authored two books on business culture and leadership I am so excited for this podcast episode!! It is so good, guys and gals. I love chatting with icons like Joel because obviously his career success is something we can see on the outside, but understanding who they are on the inside and how they think, how they make decisions to get to where they are today; what matters to them – that’s what’s exciting to me.
