🇬🇧 Belonging : if I exist, I belong

And if the real question wasn't about taking up space…But about believing you're allowed to.

In this solo episode, I dive into something that's been on my mind for a while: this idea of "place." Not just at work or in a room, but in our families, our friendships, our relationships, our communities. And most of all, in the way we see ourselves.

Why do we question our own legitimacy, even when we're surrounded by people who love us? Why is it so hard to truly feel like we belong?

I don't have all the answers, not even close. But I share memories, questions, little pieces of myself. We talk about belonging, identity, and that need we all have to exist fully, to be seen.

An intimate, a little vulnerable, and honest episode.

🎧 Bilingual solo episode (French & English)

🇬🇧 Being intentional : one conversation at a time

Some conversations don’t follow a plan.
They move, they unfold, they take their time.

This one begins lightly, almost casually, and gradually opens into something deeper.

With Joche, we explore God's intentionality. In faith, in relationships, and within a community.

We talk about her journey, her place within her family and her church, and the way she navigates both personal growth and collective belonging.
We also touch on her work in mental health, and the care she brings into every space she’s part of.

This conversation doesn’t try to resolve everything.
It stays with the questions, the nuances, the in-between.

A sincere exchange about faith, identity, and the quiet ways we grow...
one conversation at a time.
