Harris Community Action Fellows - Sunshine Enterprises
In this episode, we will hear from one of the HCA Fellows teams who partnered with Sunshine Enterprises. This team developed a logic model for SE's Community Business Academy (CBA), which is a twelve-session course in basic business planning and management. The overall objective of this project was to provide SE with an analytic tool to document CBA activities and facilitate identifying activities that were not being efficiently tracked.
