She went out to work in SFO when she was 20 and returned home to work in administration role. She returned to Boston in her early a few years late and this is where she met her husband and raised a young family in Boston. Jenny returned to live in Ireland and settled in Newry about 8 years ago after which she set up The Hot Yoga Studio in Newry.</p> <p>In this conversation we get an insight into what Jenny considers to be important to maintain balance in your life - for example: practice Gratitude, be thankful for what you have instead of what you have not! show self compassion; lower your expectations; understand mindfulness and practice meditation.
