Alyson Haley, who actually goes by Haley, is originally from the U.S. but currently living in the UK. Her big move abroad shook the foundation of everything she knew and was, ultimately, the catalyst to a season of death and rebirth - the shedding of an expired identity and a remembering of who she has always been at her core.
This podcast is her way of re-introducing herself and creating space for others, who may be in a similar season, to understand some of the topics that brought her peace, comfort and understanding during a time that felt equal parts scary and disorienting. For her, there is so much beauty in possibility and she firmly believes there’s so much to be gained when we allow ourselves to drop our biases & lead with curiosity and kindness.
