It’s a conversation about what happens when mental health struggles and physical trauma collide during one of the most vulnerable seasons of a woman’s life.</p><p>We talk about the realities of postpartum mood disorders that often go unseen, how rage can show up when support is lacking, and what it feels like to carry so much while trying to care for a newborn.
