My guest, Mr. Dinesh Chandrasekaran, developed an interest in Cybersecurity after taking a class in Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Analysis taught by Mr. Dan Guido as a graduate student at NYU. Dinesh began his professional career in Cybersecurity as a security engineer at Broadridge, and later worked at several technology companies including Microsoft, Box and Google. At Google, he ensures companies that Google acquired meet the security standard of Google and the industry as the Merger and Acquisition Security Manager. Listen to Dinesh as he elucidates STRIDE Threat Modeling and why it is an integral part of the software development process. Hear about the different DEI programs at Google to support students of all backgrounds to pursue their career paths and maximize their potential.
