We talk to Keith Moore 🎙 Keith talks to us about a horrific accident he had one evening while out training that where life threatening injuries. 🚲Thank God is was taken care of and is in good health now. 🏥 We chat about how he got into cycling and how he started. We also talk about the accident and what it took to get back on his bike. 🚲From not being able to put his leg over the Toptube to now training flat out again for racing coming up.💨 Keith tells us some great stories of his childhood and also about how strong mental he is as a person and that just because he lost a leg it did not mean that was the end. 🎬 Keith said “even though i realized i have lost my leg i though its not the end of the world ill just go and run a marathon”🏃♂️ True inspiration as a person and sports person
