<p>In today’s episode, I welcomed Britt Litton back to the podcast!</p><p>Britt has just achieved an extraordinary second place at Ultraman Australia, a brutal event made up of a 10km swim, 421km ride and an 84km double marathon to finish.</p><p>We discussed her disastrous lead-in to the race, which saw her unable to train for two weeks right before the event, the numbers required to set the fastest bike split over 421km, how she managed a shoulder injury with 8km still left to swim, and everything that went into lining up, competing and landing on the podium in her debut Ultraman.</p><p>If you’re into endurance sport, this episode is for you.</p>

<p><strong>I sat down for the longest CPC podcast yet with gun MTB cyclist Eddie Willis, to chat all things riding! Also, plenty of discussion on swimming…</p><p><br></p><p>Eddie is a multiple national champion on the dirt — U15 XCC and U17 XCM — with some impressive road results to match! To name a few, the GC win at Canberra Junior Tour and a stage win at Tour of Bright up the iconic Tawonga Gap.</p><p><br></p><p>There’s plenty of chat about training, equipment, and how to develop skills on the MTB, but my favourite part of the podcast is the lessons Eddie has learnt from his rivals, and now mates, who have made it to the highest level of the sport.</p><p><br></p><p>There are some great insights here, and we genuinely forgot we were recording a podcast for a while.</p><p><br></p><p>Super fun to record this one. I think you’ll really enjoy it.</strong></p>
