親愛的朋友，天父已經做好準備，並且伸手邀請；就等我們自己以行動來跟隨祂，邁出不再猶豫的步伐，走進神要給你我的祝福裡。 【聖經中的祝福】 因為耶和華你神領你進入美地，那地有河，有泉，有源，從山谷中流出水來，（申命記 8:7） 【走出困境】 天父，我已經在低潮裡徘徊的太久，想趕快有所改變，讓祢在我身上的美意一一被實現。求祢用帶著能力的話語，和信實的作為來支持我；好感受到自己被祢掛念在心上，使原本已經模糊的盼望，又重新清晰起來。 叫我不是再遭遇擠壓，而是伴隨著喜樂湧出足夠的動力，來踏上祢為寶貝兒女們開啟的活路，付出行動接住早就備妥的幫助。 可以在祢答應賜下的甘甜恩典裡，用自己的甘心樂意，順利克服軟弱和難處；讓每個起伏不再是苦，而是經歷豐盛的祝福。 感謝天父垂聽我的禱告，奉主耶穌的聖名祈求，阿們。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

適當的壓力，能幫助我們提高效率，為身心帶來健康正面的反饋；一起來用禱告跟天父尋求幫助，調整專注的焦點，好建立起使自己蒙福的機制，避免被重擔壓傷，能多多領受神的美意。 【聖經中的祝福】 我的弟兄們，你們落在百般試煉中，都要以為大喜樂，因為知道，你們的信心經過試驗就生忍耐。但忍耐也當成功，使你們成全、完備，毫無缺欠。（雅各書 1:2-4） 【神真可靠】 天父，求祢給我管理壓力的智慧，能隨時注意平衡自己的內在；讓壓力保持在適度的狀態，帶來良好的影響，使我在忙碌中仍感到愉悅和活力。 並且我也需要從祢得勇氣，去克服卡住自己許久的難題；即便在備感壓力的情況下，還是願意靠著祢的幫助，來學會那些逃避不了的課題。 叫我向祢交託的憂慮，都變成給我的能力；曾經龐大的困難，現在看卻好容易；才明白自己真在跟隨賜福的神，祢信實的應許我都可以經歷。 感謝天父垂聽我的禱告，奉主耶穌的聖名祈求，阿們。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
