I guess I didn't, I hadn't really thought about some of the exercises that you promote in the book and doing things that would help me to kind of relax a little bit more and feel more comfortable getting in front of groups of people. And I think sometimes if I got in front of a group of really large group of people where I didn't know anyone, I would feel less nervous. But as soon as I start to know the people in the room and then I really care about what they think, then it, it changes.
