It's extraordinary, isn't it, to think that audio recordings made by fans in order to play back to themselves would then be used to i still don't quite know why episodes one and four are missing though it seems a very arbitrary uh way of archiving on or or indeed throwing away this particular story and this episode was one that was rumored to exist for so many years uh because nicholas courtney had put in his tribute to ian marta that a fan video of the invasion that he'd been given episodes one and two had the first two episodes had no sound of course The first two episodes meant episodes two and three, but that wasn't enough to make some people put two and three together and make episode one.
