Sloterdijk I beschreibt einen Raum, in dem wir uns gegenseitig enthalten, Sloterdijk II einen, in dem es unerbittlich nach oben zieht. Welche Ausirkungen hat diese raumtheoretische Wende auf unsere Beziehungen? Macht es einen Unterschied ob wir fragile Intimsphären teilen oder unter Vertikalspannung stehen?

In dieser Episode stelle ich die These auf, dass sich für das moderne Subjekt innerhalb der Frage nach dem guten Leben die Gewichtung vom Prädikat "gut" hin zum Leben selbst verschoben hat. Dazu lese ich Virginia Woolfs "To the Lighthouse" mit Christoph Menkes Unterscheidung zwischen Vermögen und Kraft. Und frage mich, was die Kraft eigentlich vom Trieb unterscheidet.

Das Gesicht – Fran Lebowitz mit Gilles Deleuze und Félix Guattari
In dieser Episode drehe ich zwei Runden auf dem siebten Plateau über die Erschaffung des Gesichts von Gilles Deleuze und Félix Guattari. Ausgehend von Fran Lebowitz‘ Feststellung, dass es nur drei Looks gibt – young, old, or surgical – frage ich, ob das in Zeiten des „undetectable“ Facelifts noch gilt. Dabei versuche ich, die Doppelfigur des Gesichts als Ort der Einschreibung und affektiver Aufladung nachzuvollziehen, indem ich abwechselnd auf das konkrete Gesicht und das abstrakte Gesicht scharf stelle.
