<p>Welcome back to [ED]ssential and to our fourth and final episode of our mental health mini-series! Today we talking about Covid-19 and the impacts that it has on our mental, physical and emotional well being. We want to make sure you are looking after yourself and to do that we talk about four R’s - rest, refuel, regenerate and restore!&nbsp;</p> <p>We have two amazing speakers today! Camille is a psychological associate with DDSB and Herb is a social worker for the DDSB. They are going to take us through their roles and we just want students to be aware of the resources that they have at school.<br> *Disclaimer* We are aware not all school boards have the same access to resources and services.</p> <p>As always we are leaving our students with a task based on an expectation from the media literacy curriculum and mental health and crisis resources.</p> <p>We would both like to thank you for joining us on this journey.
