[…] They're going to be more invested in whatever it is that you're doing. But then also you can figure out if like maybe something's not going well, if you're having an issue, if you're struggling. But I also think it helps build the culture. And one of the things I've been thinking a lot about recently is how you have great cultures. And if you have people that are in charge of you that appreciate the hard work you've put in, recognized it, care about you as a person, you're going to work a lot harder for them. You're going to be more successful in whatever that role is, whether you're an athlete, coach, you know, teacher, student, whatever it might be, but people are going to actually want to be there too.
