[…] It's OK. Again, combinations really matter. Absolutely. And I want to come back to food combinations because that's a big topic. But before I do, I want to cover a couple more proteins. So let's talk about beans, mung beans, lentils. OK, so. Plant protein and mainly lentils and beans tend to be vata aggravating because they can cause wind in the body. So like as humans, we are more able to digest. If you are used to it, animal protein is much easier because it has similar structure to our body and all of those things. It's easier for us to absorb and digest comparatively. Plant protein here. It's a little bit lighter than animal protein, but can be wind causing a lot of wind and people tend to end up with a lot of bloating as well. […]
