Listening to my intuition changed everything… motherhood, questioning societal norms, holistic living, and the beliefs I had to unlearn

Listening to her intuition changed everything… motherhood, questioning societal norms, holistic living, and the beliefs she had to unlearn This week, my sister Vayla is on the podcast! We talk about how becoming a mom really pushed her to start listening to herself and questioning so many of the things she had always been told were “normal.” We get into her home birth, motherhood, holistic living, the beliefs she’s had to unlearn, and what it’s looked like to stop following everyone else’s rules and trust what actually feels right to her. We also talk about how that journey led her to start Belle Balm, her own handcrafted skincare company. I’m so excited for you guys to get to know my sister and hear more of her story. I hope this episode encourages you to listen to your own voice, even when it leads you somewhere different than you expected. […] It can just be a difference. Sometimes we're just not supposed to be with people or maybe we're just not the best fit with people But what I've accepted and what I've noticed is that the more authentically we walk in relationships or just in general, like the more fulfilling relationships you will have because you don't want to be with someone who doesn't understand or accept who you are, where you've been, where you've been. what you feel, the boundaries that you have, whatever it is. You want to be with someone who has understanding and capacity for that, not to say that it's always going to be perfect. […]
