So it's difficult to identify, but it's a cluster of behaviors that is centered around conditional self-worth and only feeling valuable when you meet other people's expectations. Women who scored highly on this questionnaire also tended to be A, perfectionist, B, self-sacrificing, C, afraid of making mistakes. What am I up to? D, highly ambitious and very focused on making other people happy. The thing is, these traits make you very likable. They make you really successful, and that is a good feeling.
