「睡眠殺人」的可能性為何？ 夢遊是所謂異睡症最為人熟知的臨床狀況，異睡症指稱一群包羅萬象的問題，起因是大腦某區在不該上班時現身工作，或者在輪值時間完全缺勤。就某些病例，這就會造就出名副其實半醒半睡的人。某人夢遊時，負責控制運動和空間覺識的腦區都醒著，同時負責意識的腦區，則都依然沉睡。這就表示夢遊人有可能雙眼睜開，還能對周遭事件做出反應，卻沒有意識思維，也不記得任何事情。 事實上如果保持正常的睡眠情況，夢遊其實不太會發生。研究中發現比較容易導致夢遊的，會有以下幾個原因：第一個就是作息不規律、第二個是睡眠不足、第三個是壓力太大、第四個就是有相關病史，或者其他的像是酗酒、吃特定的助眠藥物。這些原因才會讓夢遊的機率提高，不然正常的情況下，一般人睡覺夢遊其實不太可能發生那麼特別的情況。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
