你身邊有沒有一種人，他的生活看起來沒有特別精彩，卻讓你有一點羨慕？每天做著差不多的事，去熟悉的地方，吃喜歡的食物，好像沒有太多新鮮事，卻總能過得很滿足。
我們通常很容易看見別人的成就，也很容易羨慕那些自己還沒有的東西。但有時候，真正吸引我們的，是一個人對待生活的樣子。他願意花心思照顧植物，願意專心讀一本書，也能從一頓飯、一片天空裡，找到值得開心的事情。那些事情看起來離我們很近，卻未必是我們已經具備的能力。
今天要從《我的完美日常》這部電影裡，聊聊這種讓人羨慕的生活態度。也和大家分享，我們正在學習如何欣賞自己的日常，讓平凡的日子，多一點幸福的可能。

如果今天提早兩個小時下班，你會想做什麼呢？平常總想著「等有空再來做」，但真的有空了，會不會一時之間不知道該做什麼。
忙碌讓我們有安心的感覺，有很多的「待辦清單」反倒給我們一種實在感。 但 AI 出現，效率提高，時間開始空出來時，除了工作以外，我們還能夠有什麼樣的「充實感」呢？諸多事情的其中之一，是累積「知識」。 一個人的時間裡，知識可以讓我們思考，與人談天的時間裡，知識可以讓我們彼此激盪──最重要的是，知識可以慢慢長塑形出我們的品味，並發展出自己的「生活風格」。
AI 可以讓工作更快完成，但省下來的時間要怎麼過，仍然有很多值得探索的可能。今天要來跟大家分享，最近我們正在學習的「知識」，或許這也會成為你空閒時刻裡的一個選擇！

參加比賽然後得獎，第一次會很興奮，迫不急待想跟全世界分享──那如果是第10次，第20次呢？你還會有一樣的雀躍感嗎？
睽違七年，我們再次參加設計獎，也很開心地帶著一間 50 年老屋的作品得到了「台北老屋新生大賽」的 BEST 10。這讓我們聊起過去9年，從 2010 ~ 2019 積極投獎的日子。那時候，我們研究獎項、練習把設計說清楚，也期待作品能因此被更多人認識。但後來停了 7 年，隨著自己想做的事慢慢改變，我們開始用影片和 Podcast 分享設計，改變我們想讓更多人理解，一件作品背後的想法。
得獎依然是一件值得慶祝的事，也是一種讓作品被看見的方法！但要不要投、投什麼獎，應該取決於你想透過它得到什麼。這一集，我們想聊聊：在不同的人生階段，我們希望透過一座獎得到什麼？除了獎項，又有哪些方式能讓一件用心完成的作品，被人真正看見。
