EP321 代孕是生育自由還是買賣子宮？ft. 民眾黨立委 陳昭姿 立法院於 2026 年 7 月 16 日對《人工生殖法》修法進行委員會進行初審，會中表決通過將「代理孕母」議題與《人工生殖法》脫鉤處理，脫鉤後版本的主要影響是將適用對象擴及單身女性及女同性婚姻配偶。《人工生殖法》修法截至上片時間尚未通過。 代理孕母是一個很難只用「支持」或「反對」就說清楚的議題。它牽涉生育壓力、身體自主、性別與階級、家庭想像、兒童權益，也牽涉每個人對「成為父母」這件事不同的期待與選擇。
在網路時代，要離開自己的同溫層並不容易。我們很容易先看見立場不同，卻不一定有機會理解對方為什麼這樣想。理解不代表認同，但願意把彼此的理由聽完，用比較柔軟、認真的方式交換意見，往往才是最有效的溝通。
這一集，我們試著把代理孕母討論中最常被提出、也最具爭議的幾個問題攤開來談，呈現不同立場背後的主要論點。希望即使你原本不熟悉這個議題，也能藉由這次討論，看見彼此擔心的是什麼、在乎的是什麼，也多一點理解不同選擇，與不同人生經驗的空間。
