[…] Racism, when we support other groups, we're supporting those we see as oppressed and those that we see as victims. So I think it's problematic to just try and level it into a form of racism without also recognising that there are significant differences and it needs to be tackled a little bit differently. But maybe the way I tried to frame it at the beginning, which is where you disregard any attribute of the individual, what they say or do, and you judge them just for belonging to a group, then... That would probably be a common feature where you're talking about, well, if you just look at a person and say, well, because of the colour of their skin or because of their religion or because of their race as a kind of a thing, those things have a common.
