Fathers, the energy you bring home is the nuclear reactor of your family’s atmosphere. One exhausted Monday night, I looked around the dinner table—whining toddler, cranky 6-year-old, worn-out teens, and my wife’s face mirroring it all. I realized: I was the problem.
Instead of clearing plates, I grabbed my ukulele and belted out the silliest song I know. Within seconds, laughter erupted, kids ran circles, older ones sang while doing dishes, and the entire evening flipped.
