   When in Doubt, Throttle Out

Life is a beautiful mess (and so is parenting). This week Allie flies solo, riffing off Fredrik Backman's My Friends to unpack the lessons her own parents taught her — service, gratitude, and the timeless wisdom of "figure it out". Expect a heartfelt reminder that raising good humans starts with trying to be one.

A Fanny Kicking Good Time with Kami Davis

Kami Davis — mom of three and founder of Screen Smartz — joins the podcast for a conversation on the chaos and growth of early motherhood: unexpected timing, holding a marriage together through the grind of medical training, and finding your footing again after being pushed past your limits. She and Allie also dig into building an identity outside of parenthood, and what it actually looks like to use technology with intention instead of guilt. A candid, funny, and honest conversation between two old friends. Learn more about Screen Smartz here. (https://www.instagram.com/screensmartz/)

Freedom of Time, Money, and Relationships | Britt Kershner

Allie sits down with her good friend Britt Kershner — Utah native, entrepreneur, and real estate advisor — for a wide-ranging, honest conversation about what it means to live intentionally. Britt shares how losing her grandfather and nearly losing her mom to COVID reshaped how she spends her time, and how a daily journaling practice keeps her chasing goals — from a return trip to New Zealand with her parents to scuba diving in Bali, and even a dream big enough to include a hospital wing with her name on it. It's the kind of conversation two friends have over coffee — funny, real, and a little inspiring.
