Heimsmeistaramótið og hátíðir um land allt
Umsjónarmenn Fram og til baka kynntu sér hátíðir á landinu og ræddu við Áskel Heiðar Ásgeirsson, framkvæmdastjóra Landsmóts hestamanna sem fer fram þessa helgina á Hólum í Hjaltadal. Þá fengu þau til sín söngdívurnar Selmu og Hönsu sem ræddu samstarfið í gegnum árin og sumardjassinn á Jómfrúnni. Heimsmeistaramótið í fótbolta er á allra vörum þessa dagana og til þess að ræða fótboltann kíkti meðal annars Kári Tulinius, fótboltanörd, til þeirra í stúdíó sem hefur verið að skrifa skemmtilega fótboltapistla fyrir Guardian. Að lokum kíkti blaðamaðurinn Erla María Markúsdóttir við sem hefur fylgst grannt með heimsmeistaramótinu og rýndi meðal annars í töskusafn Erlings Haaland.

Afmæli Bandaríkjanna og nýr umsjónarmaður
Á fjórða júlí hófst nýr kafli í sögu Fram og til baka þegar þátturinn lengdist um rúma klukkustund og nýr umsjónarmaður Nanna Guðrún Sigurðardóttir settist við hljóðnemann með Felix. Gestur þáttarins, Bryndís Ísfold Hlöðversdóttir, þekkir vel til í Bandaríkjunum og sagði af kynnum sínum af landi og þjóð. Þá vitnaði hún í hina 250 ára gömlu sjálfstæðisyfirlýsingu. Svo hringdu umsjónarmenn út um landið í Jóhannes Kristbjörn sem var með ísbíllin á Dalvík og Guðbjörgu Ríkey sem er að fara að gifta sig í Kjósinni. Fulltrúi þáttarins á erlendri grundu, Malín Eyfjörð Ægisdóttir var svo á línunni frá Hróarskeldu

Fimman í frí og sumarstemmning
Fram og til baka er í sumarskapi og Fimman var send í frí fram í lok ágúst. En Felix er á sínum stað og fylgist vel með því sem er að gerast um landið og miðin. Við heyrðum af því sem gerðist á deginum, hringdum í Hilmar Oddsson og heyrðum nýtt lag með Melchior. Svo var rætt um Sumarjazz á Jómfrúnni og beina útsendingu RÚV frá tónleikum Tómasar R Einarssonar og Bogomil Font í dag.
