Licínio Lima sobre dirigir os serviços prisionais (Entrevista)
<p dir="ltr">Entre 2012 e 2016, Licínio Lima assumiu o pelouro da reinserção enquanto sub-diretor da DGRSP. Uma década depois, assume que o trabalho de fusão da reinserção social e dos serviços prisionais que lhe coube efetivar "ficou a meio", reduzindo o nosso modelo de encarceramento ao "armazenamento" de pessoas. Nesta entrevista, caracteriza a tentativa de reabilitação das pessoas presas nas cadeias como "um falhanço total do Estado".
