A podcast to help you let go of perfectionism so you can live life with more ease, less stress and a lot more laughter. Your hosts are: Janine Adams, a Certified Professional Organizer, who is naturally good at good enough and Shannon Wilkinson, a Life Coach and recovering perfectionist who is learning to be better at good enough. […] But I really do. I mean, I miss even people I never saw on purpose. I miss the prospect of running into them. New people are always coming in. The flip side is that now I get to meet a whole new bunch of very nice people, which is nice. There's all the studies that say the key to healthy longevity is connection, is having these social ties that helps prevent dementia. It helps people live stronger, healthier, longer lives. Absolutely believe that. It makes me think about my dad for whom the isolation of COVID really hastened dementia in him. I'm sure of that. Same with my mom too. Yeah. And if only I had gotten him to move into an assisted living place before COVID instead of after, I think he really could have enjoyed living there. […]
