<p>Deze keer gaat het eens niet over hoe je goede tv maakt, maar over hoe je er als maker voor kan zorgen dat je niet onderdoorgaat aan het maken van goede tv. Mijn gast vandaag, Mark Deuze, Hoogleraal Mediastudies aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, heeft de afgelopen 7 jaar onderzoek gedaan naar welzijn in de media-industrie, en daar een boek over geschreven. En de uitkomst ziet er niet goed uit voor onze beroepsgroep.
