#24 - Wonen op een olieveld. Paniek in Charlois
Hoe zou jij reageren als je erachter komt dat er al dertig jaar olie wordt opgepompt onder je huis? Bas Oudenaarden woont in de Rotterdamse wijk Charlois. Als bewoners horen dat de NAM een nieuwe vergunning heeft aangevraagd om olie te kunnen blijven winnen, breekt er paniek uit; veel bewoners wisten niet eens dat er naar olie werd geboord onder hun wijk. Buurtbewoners zijn bang voor Groningse toestanden. En ze maken zich zorgen over het klimaat. Bas strijdt met actiegroep Stop Oliewinning Rotterdam tegen de NAM en probeert de vergunning tegen te houden, maar gaat dat ook lukken?

#23 - Doodmoe van Q-koorts: een gevecht om erkenning
Als Bert Brunninkhuis in 2009 langs een geitenboerderij fietst, raakt hij besmet met de Q-koorts-bacterie. Hij wordt doodziek en kan een tijdlang niets meer: lezen, een rondje lopen, tv kijken, autorijden, vrienden zien. Hij moet weer helemaal vanaf nul beginnen. Bert vindt dat de overheid hem onvoldoende heeft gewaarschuwd tegen Q-koorts en te laat maatregelen heeft getroffen, terwijl de risico’s van de ziekte al wel bekend waren. Samen met bijna driehonderd andere Q-koortspatiënten spant hij een slepende rechtszaak aan tegen de Nederlandse Staat.
