Jonathan Vargas is a firefighter/paramedic in Los Angeles determined to find solution for the epidemic of mental health crisis. Grablives ideologies are rooted in unlearning patterns, finding spirituality, and discovering higher consciousness in an effort to create a more sustainable career for first responders, cops, firefighters, and military personnel.

Now, the only way through stubbornness is surrender. But surrender for us, like first responders, for men, it's the white flag. That's not what it is. Surrender is this ability to let go of control. And I've always used this concept as like when you're in control, you're grabbing onto the rope. And in order for people to let go, they can't just let go all at once.
