So when when you're a child and you come into the environment where like I was talking in terms of my own family what things are unresolved and all of us all of us are born with a weakness inside the body not because there's something wrong with us but because we need to learn that's the way to learn and it may be a weakness that never shows up because somehow you are supported and you understand this from childhood which is very few people or it is a weakness that doesn't get to a point of pain or real disaster ideally but everybody is born with some kind of weakness and there's often there's often family kind of issues that show up.
