Are you going to be so reliant on that tool that you're like going to have to spend the money or go back to the start because you've never built the skill yourself? I just think it's very short-sighted. So that's all I'll say about that. The lesson was... Sales skills, strategies and processes must be something that you built, that you learn. And I do think that that's the difference I see today between people whose businesses take off really quickly and people whose businesses really struggle and they get a few wins here and there and then they're back to nothing and a few wins here and there and then they're back to nothing.
