Zu Gast: Unternehmerin des Jahres Petra Zens über ihre Hofmolkerei
<p>Zu Gast auf dem Schauhof in Willich, spricht LZ-Redakteurin Katrin Bremer-John mit Petra Zens über den Aufbau einer eigenen Hofmolkerei. Sie wurde vom Deutschen Landfrauenverband vor Kurzem als Unternehmerin des Jahres ausgezeichnet. Petra Zens erzählt, wie aus der Idee zur regionalen Milchverarbeitung ein zweites Standbein für den Bioland-Milchviehbetrieb wurde und welche Hürden sie auf dem Weg meistern musste. Zu Gast: Prof. Dr. Oliver Junk über Demokratie im Dorf
<p>Was passiert, wenn demokratische Stimmen im Dorf leiser werden – und andere die frei werdenden Räume nutzen? In dieser Folge von Hof & Heimat spricht LZ-Redakteurin Katrin Bremer-John mit Prof. Dr. Oliver Junk über rechte Raumnahme in Dörfern und darüber, warum sie nicht erst beim aufgekauften Dorfkrug beginnt, sondern auch im Vereinsleben, Ehrenamt und in der Dorfgemeinschaft stattfinden kann. Der Verwaltungsrechtler und frühere Oberbürgermeister von Goslar erklärt, weshalb aktive demokratische Strukturen, gut vernetzte Vereine und ein lebendiges Ehrenamt wichtig sind, um ländliche Räume widerstandsfähig zu machen.
