About Holy Confident Birth

This podcast will help you prepare for the God-centered natural birth you have been dreaming of through education, tips and positive birth stories. Hey, I'm Eve- a labor nurse, birth doula, unmedicated birth mom x2, and most importantly a passionate Jesus-loving Catholic! When I was pregnant for the first time, I was REALLY hoping for a peaceful, faith-filled, unmedicated birth. But despite already having experience as a nurse in the field, all I felt I knew was how to be a "good patient." And all the birth education I found was either fluffy and generic or spiritualized in all the wrong ways. So I pieced things together by myself, and by God’s grace I had an incredible birth. But that experience lit a fire under my butt and left me convinced that it shouldn’t be so dang hard to prepare for a birth that is both natural, and faith-filled. So I went on a mission to piece together YEARS of experience, education, and research so that you don’t have to. Let me make it super easy for you to prepare for the birth of your dreams WITH your Catholic faith at the center. And, you know, specifically postpartum, it's like, I mean, basically, you're doing everything she would normally do. How you're doing is how little she's doing. That's kind of how you can rate it.
