sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>歧伯曰，喘鸣肩息者，脉实大也。缓则生，急则死</span><span>。</span></p><p 胃气犹存，如此则生。但若出现如弓弦一样的劲急之脉，已无胃气，如此必死。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>帝曰，肠湃便血何如?</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>黄帝问，若下痢又兼大便带血者,又如何呢？</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>岐伯对曰，邪气盛则实，精气夺则虚。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>岐伯答道，血气盛大则名</span><span>“实</span><span>”，人体精气被夺为</span><span>“虚</span><span>”。 1</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>岐伯曰，气虚者，肺虚也。气逆者，足寒也。非其时则生，当其时则死。余 脏皆如此。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>歧伯答道，气虚，即主气之肺虚也。气逆时，肺之阳气无法肃降，足会发冷。以四 季及五行来说，凡非克肺之时节则生，遇相克之时节则死。其余各脏依此类推。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>黄帝问，什么是“重实” ？</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>歧伯曰，所谓重实者，言大热病，气热脉满，是谓重实。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>歧伯答道，所谓</span><span>“重</span><span>实”者，在有表热病时，不但表热且脉气充满又大，这就是 </span><span>“重</span><span>贲”。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>帝曰，经络俱实何如？何以治之？</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>黄帝问，如果经脉和络脉充满之时，会有何 症状呢？其治法又如何？ </span><span>.一</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>歧伯曰，经络皆实，是寸脉急而尺缓也。皆当治之。故曰滑则从，港则逆也。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>夫虚实者，皆从其物类始。故五脏骨肉滑利，可以长久也。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>歧伯回答道，若经与络皆实，则必寸脉会数而尺脉缓，此治之时机也。所以若为滑 脉则病为顺，如果为潜脉则病情必逆。凡虚实之产生，必来自同属性脏内，因此若一人 之五脏与骨肉间之气血通畅流利，病邪必无法侵犯，此人必能长寿也。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>帝曰，络气不足，经气有余，何如？黄帝问，如果是络脉之气不足，而经脉之气有 余，又如何呢？歧伯曰，络气不足，经气有余者，脉口热而尺寒也。秋冬为逆，春夏为 从。治主病者。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>歧伯回答，若是络气不足，经气有余，则会出现寸口脉为热脉较速，尺脉及皮肤会现 寒象。若是在秋冬季节出现此脉，主病进。若是春夏时节出现此脉，则是正常。治法在 何处有病邪，治何处即可。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>帝曰，经虚给满何如？</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>黄帝问，若是经脉空虚，络脉充实之人又如何呢？ </span><span>歧伯曰，经虚络满者，尺热满，脉口寒潘也。此春夏死，秋冬生也。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>歧伯回答道，经脉虚，络脉满之人，其脉必尺部呈现脉大且肤热的现象，寸口脉则为 寒象，脉细小且涩。此种状况，如在春夏季节则主死，适逢秋冬则生。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial,
