Episode 5: Traveller Mental Health
<p>The latest episode of the IJPM Podcast explores the topic of Traveller mental health.</p><p>Dr Seán Crowley, Trainee Editor of the IJPM, sat down with Dr Katrerina Kavalidou, Dr James O'Mahony and Elizabeth Ward to discuss their recent article, National clinical assessment data of Indigenous Traveller women attending 24 Irish emergency departments, between 2018-2022, in a suicidal crisis: a sequential mixed method study. </p><p>Dr. Katerina Kavalidou is a Research Fellow at the National Suicide Research Foundation (NSRF). Dr. James O'Mahony is a lecturer and Program Director for the MSc/Pg Diploma in Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy, School of Nursing and Midwifery, University College Cork.
