Eine gute Bühne für Frauen und Männer?
<p>Wir beobachten, dass es schwierig ist, Frauen als Speaker und Autorinnen zu gewinnen. Männer hingegen rennen Veranstalter:innen und Verleger:innen die Türen ein. Uns interessiert: warum ist das so? Und wie müssen "Bühnenformate" aussehen, damit Frauen (und alle, die keine Bühne suchen und trotzdem was zu sagen haben) mehr Lust darauf haben, daran aktiv teilzunehmen? Gibt es wirklich keine besseren Möglichkeiten, sich öffentlich erfolgreich zu äußern als im Hochrüsten um Aufmerksamkeit lauter als der Rest zu sein? Was brauchen Frauen, damit sie sich wohlfühlen und gleichberechtigt stark auf der Bühne wirken können und das auch möchten? Was törnt ab? Was motiviert?
