Again, I know they're not perfect outside the bike. But use that as a frame of reference. So you're thinking, okay, this is my daily RMR. Might be 1,600 calories, might be 2,000 calories a day. And you're adding on the calories on top of that. When you're in this peak part of the season, You should not be in a deficit. If you're in a deficit, when you're trying to get peak performance, it's going to lead to a really nice injury or really nice burnout. […]
