Mastermind Ahlam Tamimi, released from Israeli prison in the 2011 Shalit deal, now lives freely in Jordan as a celebrity TV presenter despite being America's most wanted female fugitive with a $5 million bounty. Jordan continues shielding her in breach of its extradition treaty with the United States.
