Schuld
<div>Die Rechtsprechung differenziert zwischen Fahrlässigkeit, grober Fahrlässigkeit und Vorsatz und signalisiert damit, dass es unterschiedliche Stufen der Verantwortungsübernahme gibt. Die Moral hingegen kennt nur schwarz oder weiß - sie urteilt binär - jemand ist schuld oder nicht. Beim Indizienurteil bewerten wir, obwohl wir gar nicht sicher wissen, wer Schuld ist. Karin Barthelmes-Wehr und Irina Kummert in einem Gedankenexperiment über Schuld - und die unvermeidliche Frage, was eigentlich daraus folgen würde, wenn wir Schuld gänzlich abschaffen würden.</div>
