EP210｜發炎消腫

EP209｜蜜蕃薯
<p><strong>傳統用高濃度的糖水去煮熟蕃薯，然後讓蕃薯裹著一層糖漿的食物，華語稱為蜜蕃薯，客語就稱之為「蕃薯髁」。</strong></p> <p><strong>因為它是高糖份的食物，吃了容易變胖，而胖的客語是「大箍」，同音，才會有節目裡的那首兒歌。</strong></p> <p><strong>如果將糖水加多一些麥芽糖，那麼在蕃薯煮熟拿起來時，會有牽絲的效果，那就稱為「拔絲」。</strong></p> <p><strong>以前的人物質不豐富，小朋友活動量大，天天跑跑跳跳的，多吃這種食物感覺也胖不到哪裡去，但是現代生活不同了，要吃這種東西，考慮血糖值，還真的得要想一想才好。</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>講客電臺官網 : <a href="https://www.hakkaradio.org.tw/">https://www.hakkaradio.org.tw/</a></strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>講客電臺臉書粉專 : <a href="https://www.facebook.com/hakkaradio105.9?locale=zh_TW">https://www.facebook.com/hakkaradio105.9?locale=TP6zh_TW</a></strong></p>
