Entonces si no están preparados para atender una simple lluvia o para atender un simple derrumbe pues no pueden estar preparados para un huracán como María.</strong></p> <p><strong>YAVIG CABRERA: EL VEGALTEÑO, RICARDO HERNÁNDEZ AFIRMÓ LA NECESIDAD Y LO IMPORTANTE DE HACER REUNIONES PARA CREAR UN PLAN DE EMERGENCIA JUNTOS COMO COMUNIDAD EN CASO DE OTRO FENÓMENO CATASTRÓFICO COMO LO FUE EL HURACÁN MARÍA.</strong></p> <p><strong>CLIP 4: Ricardo Hernández Cruz [00:02:19-00:02:37]: Con toda honestidad mi barrio no ha hecho absolutamente nada.
